I'm looking at a Monaco Knight 40' model with the 330 Cummins; wondering what kind of mileage to expect. Any inputs? Thanks!

I had an ISC 350 for four years, great engine. Your fuel milage is dependant on many factors such as speed. But, typically 7.5 to 8.5 MPG was what I experienced.

I'm averaging 9.75 mpg over the life of my engine(approx 28K miles) in my '00 Diplomat with a 315hp ISC. I typically drive between 60-65 mph. This a combination of towing and non-towing miles.

I have a 2006 40' Knight. In the past two months, I have gone just over 4300 miles and have averaged 7.52mpg. There is ~6600 miles on the engine.

I figure MPG each tank by using miles/gallons. I try to be consistent on adding fuel, but I am sure that is off. I drive usually in the 65mph range, and about 1000 of those miles are pulling a Jeep (~4000lbs).

Kieth,

I am driving an '01 Dip [ISC-330],(25,000 gross), with a G Cherokee (4,500) Averaging 8 to 8.5 at 61-63. Still waiting to see what impact the ULSD fuel will be, if any. I have heard perhaps 1MPG less.

Green lights and soft breezes,

Keith K,
We have a 2004 HR 38ft.Ambassador quad slide, have 14500 miles on it with quite a few long trips logged on the bus. Have the ISC330 and we tow a Jeep Liberty and drive at 70 mph or just barely under while on interstates.. We get 8.0 miles per gallon. Hope this helps.

2006 Ambassador 40PLQ towing a Colorado (recently replaced by a Tahoe but not towed yet) and mileage has average 7.6 (based on fuel purchased and actual miles driven).

At 55 mph you will get 8.5 mpg. At 60 you will get 8.1mpg. At 65 you will get 7.6 mpg. At 70 you will get 7.0. Above 70 you will get 6.5 or less. Towing does not really affect mpg, wind resistance does

I'm in the process of selling my 2003 Endeavor with the 330 cummins and have 19K miles and have averaged 8.9 miles to the gallon since new. I have a pogram that tracks all services and maintenance including fuel used and it is currently at 8.9 MPG.

This answer is probably one of the best you will get. While you can maybe get a little higher or lower than these numbers, the speed is normally the determining factor.
