50 Amp power cord reel not working

I had someone Winterize my 2006 Monaco Camelot as was getting cold, not very savvy this guy, how had to plugin to Winterize washer. Since I got it back and am now heading south , I fine the reel will not retract, checked and changed fuse still no action. The reel makes no noise at all . Who has had this problem before? Could it be the switch or is there a relay somewhere ? Thanks in advance for any info.

Rolly

I had the same issue on my Executive and the problem was one of the micro switches that normally open when the cord is fully retracted. They are right behind the faceplate and are actuated but the plastic ring near the cord plug. I found replacements locally and they very simple to replace

Is your reel a Glendening? They are very helpful if you call.

The cord reel in our 06 Diplomat stopped working because the rocker switch that activates it failed. The switches are available at most RV supply/parts stores and it was an easy replacement.
