97 HR Vacationer Turn/Flasher relay location

Can anyone point me to the location of the hazard/ turn indicator flasher relay? Flasher and L/R F/R lamps are working. Have to manually flip turn signal. Checked all visible fuses. Found one flasher relay under dash on firewall, replaced but no effect. ??????????

You may have replaced the flasher for the emergency flasher.



I had a problem with my emergency flashers, it would work intermittently and at one point quit. I was working on something under the dash and decided to try the emergency flashers and they came on so I could follow the clicking noise and fount the flasher buried in amongst all the wires under the dash, so I pulled it out and went and got a replacement at Autozone.

But while I was digging for the flasher I found a second one, which was for the turn signals .

So you may did around close to where you found the one you changed and look for the turn signal flasher.

In most chassis the turn signal flasher and the emergency flasher ( 4 Way ),
are the same, and location can vary by chassis manufacturer .

What chassis is your HR built on ?

When you find it, many have discussed a loud type blinker relay to help remember leaving it on.
