98' HRE Air Dump/Levelers Not Working

Other than the 5amp fuse(210 series joy stick control) is there another fuse/relay giving power to the panel? Tested the fuse and rocker switch and I can't find any power. I have the owners manual with no reference to the air bags or levelers.
Thanks for all reply's,

There could be interlocks that don't allow use when parking brake or transmission aren't set correctly. Check for those switches operating properly. You could test the system by using a jumper wire to bypass the interlocks to the control panel. There likely are additional fuses for the heavier loads of the solenoid valves that release air valves.

We need a little more info.

Are both the air dump solenoids and the air leveling system not working?

Problem Fixed

Took the rig into a mechanic and there were some blown fuses in the battery compartment that had no documentation. Thanks for all the replies but sometimes I just need to stop trying to trouble shoot it on my own.
