I just replaced both my older Duotherm 13.5K units with the Penguine II high capacity heat pumps 15K units. Best deal I could find at the time was PPL, it cost $150 to ship the units but still cheaper then any other place I checked. Units took ~5 days to get.

I decided to upgrade to the Micro Air Easy Touch thermostat. It was plug and play. It is Bluetooth so I can check/change the thermostat via my phone, very convenient. It is also internet capable, I can check the settings anywhere I have a signal with the hotspot in the RV working. This works great, I can turn the heat or AC on from anywhere.

My old units were ~20 years old, I had problems with the front ~5 years ago and the back started to act up. Decided to just bit the bullet and change both out.
