The dual 3000W inverters is a clue. Some high-end coaches like your Sig have the capability, but it is mainly for traveling down the road where the batteries are being charged from the alternator. None of them can sustain for any reasonable amount of time while parked. Not even with 16 batteries of their equivalent.

Heat pumps on batteries. As mentioned, not a very long run time.
