ABS vs ATC Problem

HI all,

We have our coach in for service and I have the shop checking into a problem we've been having lately between the ABS and ATC system. In looking through the manual (2002 Monaco Diplomat), we found an area that talks about troubleshooting the ABS system. It says there is a diagnostic button underneath and to the left of the steering wheel. And that when pressed, the ABS light will blink codes. This shop is familiar with that type of system, but not particularly on a Monaco/Roadmaster chassis. They service mainly semi's and Prevosts. So first, we cannot find the button that the manual talks about. Second, can anyone help with where we would find a listing of the codes once we do find the button?

Thanks in advance for any advice you could offer!

Beth

To save your time, I just found another post on FMCA with a link to the Bendix manual that I think we need. Thank you!

My ABS module with the button on it is located in the front drivers side electrical run bay, mounted on the left side toward the bottom. It is about 4X4" and there is a small LED type light that blinks.

With these Monaco's all being different, it's a game trying to find some of these items. Mine is located on the bracket with the engine and trans diagnostic ports, under dash on left side toward the firewall.

Thank you to both of you with your ideas. I am passing your comments on to our mechanic.
