AC Condenser Relay

Help I have a 2004 Monaco Executive. I also have all the Electrical Schematics.
My problem is the Schematic for the Rear Run Box dated 3/13/2003 shows a Condenser Relay in the lower right corner. Looking at the box it is no where to be found.
Does anyone know where it is located? I need to find it.
Thanks for your help.

In my front drivers side electrical bay I have the Monaco 1 & 2 smaller fuse boxes, the #1 box has a Clutch/Condsr relay and a 20 amp CB.

Condenser Relay

I looked in the FRB and didn't see anything relating to a Condenser Relay. My RRB has a clearly identified AC clutch relay, fuse and signal led. It also has a clearly identified 20 amp fuse on R4 for the Condenser Fan. I am beginning to think that the Condenser Fan Assy is somehow tied into the AC Clutch Relay. I will keep looking and researching.

Not sure I can explain well but will give it a try.

A long time ago found that the condenser fan and compressor clutch will not engage if the refrigerant gets too low.

I built a simple jumper to bypass the relay to kick things in while I refilled. Of course, the jumper is temporary.

The relay is small and works hard with that much current flowing so they can fail. I keep a sack of those little things around.

Not knowing your problem you may be able to find an adjacent relay to use temporarily.

I know we have a 2008 Endeavor and is different but your layout sounds just a bit different. My relays are indeed in the FRB below the driver. Chasing so many issues over the years there is a schematic placed right near the large box for quick reference.

Here is a bunch of files compiled over the years. Hopefully this will help a bit.

AC Condenser Relay

Thanks for your reply and files. I am lucky since I have the 2003 Monaco Book containing all the electrical schematics for my 2004 Monaco Executive. All 267 pages. There is no AC condenser relay to be found anwhere. After an exhaustive analysis here is what I found.
RRB PCB 3-J2-5 BLU/WHT wire controls the condenser fan.It is directly wired to J3 Pin 2.This Pin activates both: (a) the compressor clutch and relay (86) RRB - PCB 3-J2-6 (via J1 Pin 14) and (b) the condenser fan.
J1 Pin 14 is wired to the so called Trinary valve (it is actually a binary valve). When the dash AC is turned on it simultaneously activates the compressor relay and clutch and the condenser fan.
The condenser fan is protected by its own 20 amp fuse at RRB PCB 4- J1-5. The compressor clutch has its own 20 amp fuse.
The Binary valve is an Evans Tempcon valve RV 22069. It is a two prong female Hi/Lo pressure valve. When installed it engages a male Schrader valve. This permits removal and installation without loss of R134a.
I am not exactly sure what "via" means in the schematics. I assume the specific wires are spliced between J1and J3 or it is internal to the PCB. Perhaps a more knowledgeable and competent member can explain it better.
Hope my crude explanation of the condenser fan wiring will prove helpful to someone and save them a lot of time. It is difficult to find something that doesn't exist.

Can you share those schematics? I would love to have them for my files.

AC Condenser Relay

Would like to accommodate you but I don't have the book in electronic format only hard copy. It covers only Signature, Executive, Navigator, Dynasty and Panther. It has been an invaluable tool over the years. My email is pmetzinger@msn.com.
Send me an email and I will give you my cellphone number. I will be happy to help you should the need arise.
My copy is dog eared from heavy use and I have made innumerable cross references over the years.
