Air bags dumped for leveling with jacks

Hello question for leveling with the hydraulic jacks on my dynasty. Should I level with the air bags dumped or filled?

either

you'll be at a higher stance with the air bags still inflated

you'll sit lower and probably have less movement without the bags

some coaches automatically dump the bags when leveling, and there
is no way to have them inflated

my coach allows me to make the decision - dump, or not, because it's
a manual air bag dump system - the only time the air bags inflate by
themselves is when you move the transmission into gear if you have
forgotten to inflate them manually

Dumping the air bags will give you that much more vertical range for leveling, particularly valuable if you are on uneven ground. If you are on level ground, it really doesn't matter so much. Like Mr T said, the lower you are sitting when level, the less motion you should experience inside your coach. If you want to dump first, check to see that you will have clearance for your entry step, when it comes out.

We have the HWH hydraulic leveling system. When you put the system onto "auto", the first thing it does is dump the air. As others have said, this lowers the coach and gives the jacks less distance they have to extend.
