Update, so I ordered o-rings from Fluidseal based on the parts list for that model of relay I had posted above. Turns out that though it looks the same on the outside, the internals are actually quite different, so only a couple of the o-rings were the same.
In any case, my original o-rings were actually in good condition still once I cleaned the old lube off of them. So I cleaned everything and re-lubed with Molykote 55 and put it back together and it's working good-as-new again.
