Air Dream mattress

On my Holiday Rambler, the sofa in the front makes into a double bed with an Air Dream inflatable mattress.

The original one lasted us close to ten years, but now we're lucky if one lasts 2-3 months. Leggett and Platt have replaced several under warranty, but after going thru 6-8 of them, it's time to find a better alternative.

I've researched and haven't really found one that would be a direct replacement. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

They leak at the seams. Nothing you could patch.

mine had a couple leaks at the seams over the years. Use some soapy water to identify the exact location of the leak. I then marked it with a marker and let it dry completely. I mixed up some epoxy glue and sealed the pin hole leak. Has held up for years.

We replaced ours with a full size 5 inch memory foam, works great. Do not go any thicker than 5 inch. All our guest think it great.

Yes it works fine, must take out all of the dream bed components. My sofa was 2 68" so the full size foam worked the best. The memory foam wil scrunge down when folded in but will be normal when open. Make sur you look for a more firm version of the memory foam .
