The one posted is a little too small to read all the details.
Thanks.
I put it into the Chassis Files, let me know if you need it sent directly.

So everyone is on same page here and so we can help you, would you be kind enough to take a picture of the control panel on the driver’s console where you level your coach

Also, looking at the first picture you posted, I see what looks like another solenoid hidden in the background. Another picture of that from a slightly different angle and/or trying to move some of the hoses out of the way to see behind.

It looks like your picture shows four 12v solenoids, the left one and hidden being for rear axle, I believe. The big one on right should be for front axle, dumping all 4 front bags.

I have hydraulic leveling but no tag. I have the left one up front and the two smaller ones mentioned above, located in the rear, one to dump right side and one to dump left side. As I don’t have the tag axle, I don’t know if you lift the tag or dump the bags on it when leveling.

I’m sure with a bit more info we will be able to solve your issue. We can look at the voltage through the black wires leading to the solenoids, once we are sure of your system.

We used to use a steel screwdriver held over the solenoid, usually you can feel the magnetism if a solenoid is pulled in. If you have several of the same type it makes it easier to determine, you try it on one you know is on and see what it feels like. It doesn't always work, some valves apparently have really small fields and still work fine, others clank the screwdriver onto the post. If it works, it's way easier than cutting insulation to check the voltage.

Looks like it was two wires that were bad connecting the dump valves. After cutting and re-splicing them back together, all is well. The coach is now completely lowered The wires are dangling and pulling so bad, I tried to clean it up a little so it wouldn't get pulled again.

Thanks for all the great info. I learned a lot about my air system...

You guys are awesome!

Rarely has a screwdriver been able to tell me if a solenoid is energizing BUT a compass works every time...used it yesterday and it will work when held against a relay. Helps to have someone else turn it on/off.

I find it takes two screwdrivers.
