Air Dump Issue
When I do my air dump, the front lowers but not the rear. I thought i had fixed this problem by securing all the wires on the valves. It worked once or twice but that was it.
Does any have a schematic for the air dump system for a 07 Camelot? Or similar? I have attached a picture of what the unit looks like.

This 2007 Bag Dump schematic does not list the Camelot model - but still may be the same.

I can tell you when I got my 'new to me' and third owner coach, the air dump barely worked...
My thoughts were the previous two owners didn't use the coach, much less the air dump (had 9000 miles on it when we got it!)
Since there were so many things to learn/do... it was not a priority, but the more I tried it, the attempts, the shaking going down the road, freed it up and now I can HEAR the air dumping...
good luck !

On our Windsor there is an exhaust hole in the air manifold. I had the same problem with dumping the air. Mud daubers had totally clogged the hole with mud! I found a drill bit the same size as the hole and used it (by hand, NOT in a drill motor) to clean out the dried mud. Hope yours turns out to be that simple!
P.S.- I planned to cement a small piece of fine screen wire over the hole but still haven't done it!

Thanks for all the input!
RCooper - Please don't make a special trip :-)
CountryB - Thanks for the schematic! It seems a little different but is helpful!
Joe - Where is the air manifold located on your coach? I would love to check for a blockage. That would be an easy fix! :-)
I will be pulling the coach back out tomorrow to work on this more.
I'm trying to locate a full set of schematics for my coach, but keep running into dead ends.

Now, I'm trying to locate the drain valve for the rear air storage tank. Trying to see if I can manually lower the rear of the coach. Owner's manual says its in the rear engine compartment. But, have been unable to locate it. I did find valves in the generator compartment (see attached pictures). Opened all those valves and rear still has not lowered.
Also wondering if the air dump solenoid valves may have gone bad. Is that a possibility? There are three in the rear engine compartment. REV was able to send me the right schematic, but all electrical seems to be connected ok.

Usually the air bags will not dump if the air system looses pressure.
It's a closed system - meaning the air in the air bags goes In to ride-height valves from tank but can't get back out past the ride height control valve internal check valve (assuming it is not leaking internally) so if the air tanks drain out, the air bags still hold their pressure.
Of course this is not the case on all coaches - but looks to be the norm for the new models (2000+).

Which system do you have? I have Valid with an S Series chassis but I think some models used HWH in 2007.
Do the leveling solenoids work for each corner up & down? Is it just the dump that is not working?
Currently I have removed and am waiting for some PPV and shuttle valves and have no air except for the leveling tank and electric compressor. Leveling is working fine.

I would cut a little bit of the black insulation off both wires (not next to each other) so you can check for voltage to each solenoid. You can also check the ohms of the solenoid coils (without voltage to them). You can seal the wires back up with a little bit of silicon seal.
With 3 drain valves up front, you will not find any at the back.

Hypoxia, that's a nice air schematic.
Can you send me a larger version for my files/collection?
The one posted is a little too small to read all the details.
Thanks.

I'm not sure what the name of the system I have is, so I'm attaching the schematic REV sent me. It appears to be the exact system that I have.
Someone else may need this as well. I don't have an air leveling system, mine is hydraulic.
Also, when I opened the three drain valves, only the bottom one released air. The back still did not go down.
MSHappyCampers mentioned an exhaust hole in his air manifold that may need clearing. Does anyone know where that may be and what it looks like?

If you only have hydraulic leveling the airbags are just for travel.
There is one dump valve located on the front fire wall that is for the front airbags, they both dump at the same time. You should be able to use the dump valve and hear/see the dump valves to know what they look like. In my case they are a blueish looking color with both wires and the small black air tubing that go to them.
In the rear somewhere there should be 2 dump valves that work to dump either side of the coach. In my case they are mounted on the passenger side of the coach above the engine mounted on the metal frame.
Sometimes the exhaust ports on these valves get dirt in them and/or mud daubers build nest in them and plug the hole.
It would be unlikely that both are plugged at the same time so I'm thinking it's a wiring issue for the dump circuit. One way to test may be to drive your rig onto an uneven surface and see if the high side in the rear dumps and levels the coach, you should be able to hear this. If it does that tells me the leveling valves are working and the problem is the dump valve and if it is only the rear that tells me the relay or wiring that controls the back circuit isn't working.
If you have a wiring schematic for you coach you can find it listed there.
