It should dump both ends, on mine the back is slower but not by much. I would guess it lowers you about 3" or so.

Keep an eye out under your entry step so you don't drop it onto an immovable object. Mine probably drop around 5" if I go down to minimum air pressure.

The air dump on my Windsor dumps all the air from all eight air bags. I have never measured how much it lowers, but I would guess about 4-5 inches.

You have one mac dump valve in front on the fire wall and two mac dump valves in the rear , probably close to the rear on the frame. Our coach has 7 inch air bags and would think yours would the same when you dump all the air the air bags have a rubber bumper that the coach sits on I would guess it would be around 5 inches down.

Mine drops about 6 inches.
The thing you want to watch out for is the steps, when I blow the air it puts the steps in a very tight pinch and has bent the step frame once before I got smart.
Keeping the steps "IN" while you dump doesn't work either, they won't extend with min. air pressure.

? Doubt a Winnie has any bearing on a Monaco question.

My 2000 Windsor dumps 4 3/4" from ride height. It can move the coach a total of just over 7" from full up to full down. I rarely park it in places where I need that much differential.
I am also wary of the step. I parked one time on a pad with a crown. I had the axles on either side of the crown. By the time I dumped and the step came out, I needed a feeler gauge to measure the height off the ground of the lower step. My Windsor has a mid door.

My Freightliner chassis also lowers about 3 to 4 inches. Do you dump air before leveling?

Don,
If you are asking me, sometimes. If I am on a level pad, no built in "porch" then yes, everytime. I will typically dump until one end stops, then let it auto level. If there is a "porch" or grade, then I will look at it closely and determine the amount of dump. I like to drop the step from ride height 1-2" if possible at a minimum. It is so easy, it takes less than 1 minute for all of it.
The Monaco chassis that I have, which is the same as the Dynasty of that year, rides a little rear low. Therefore, it will typically always level the front down if I just push the auto function.
