air leveling-need help

We have a 2009 Camelot with a powergear air leveling system. It will periodically go off level while sitting. This may happen 4 times in a day and then not for 3 weeks-no reason as to how often or when. When it goes off level it shows a red fault lamp. The coach will show a fault lamp when dirving from time to time. Sometimes just pushing the travel button again will fix it and sometimes it will beep and show the fault lamp for 5-10 minutes before it will go back into travel mode-again no logic as to when or how frequently. My dealer has checked it for air leaks, reset and inspected the unit on two different occassions. He tells me they cannot determine what the problem is but that when the unit fails totally they will be able to determine the problem. Powergear apparantly will not speak to end users. Can anyone help me with these issues or refer me to someone in the Sacramento area that can fix these units. Thanks in advance

bench.......Powergear shows an 800 number for technical service.....have you tried calling them or did the dealer tell you that they wouldn't talk to you? I would bend their ear and ask if there is a sensitivity adjustment for the electronics that determines if the coach is level.

bench.....

I have a 08 Dynasty and when it was new I think I had the same problem.... but as it turned out I think it was me. Here's my procedure..... When I park my unit I level it (turn the motor off and turn the key back on and hit "manual" on the touch pad.... leave the key on until the red light stops blinking and it shows level). Then I turn the key off and leave it. As you move around the coach sometimes it will re-level itself (you'll hear the air in the air bags adjust themselves and the touch pad dots will turn red and then back to green). When I get ready to leave I start the motor and then hit "travel" on the touch pad. Then I wait a few minutes for it to re-adjust itself and then I move on. When I am "on the road" and I look at the pad, all of the little dot lights are green. I think whether you hit "travel" or not, it is supposed to adjust itself to the "travel mode" after a certain speed. It could be yours is having a little trouble re-adjusting itself. Try waiting a few minutes longer between the time you touch "travel" and the time you move the coach. These intermittent problems can really be frustrating.

I am not sure whether we have the same leveling system (08 to 09) but this is what I do and it seems to work.
Hope this helps.
