Air line connector at air gauges on 2007 signature commander

Anyone know where I can buy one of these air line connectors. It is an air line connector going into an air/electronic module in the dash behind the speedometer. The air/electronic module apparently converts the air pressure for the front and rear air bags to an electronic signal for the air gauges on the dash near the speedometer. The one shown in the picture developed a small air leek at the little rubber seal in the bottom of the fitting. In taking the fitting apart to determine the cause of the leak the plastic "snap" in locking tabs are broken and now will not lock the air line into the metal part of the fitting. Need to know the name of the module and manufacturer to I can try to order a replacement fitting. Module works fine but can't keep air line in fitting when air pressure builds up.
Thanks ahead of time for any input you might have

Does it have (1/8") NPT threads at the module end with a push-to-connect for the hose.
If so, Parker Fittings has several sizes and styles (plastic and brass).

Still looking for fitting. It has 10/32 threads and s cone shape from the bottom of the brass fitting down to the threads. Push then pull to lock in 1/4" OD air line.

10-32 is a common air line fitting. Usually a gasket or O-Ring seals the connection.

Any industrial store will carry them or you can order from amazon.

Finally found correct fitting at motion industries. Fittings manufactured by SMC and are still available through their distributor network. Thank all of you for your input and help.

Hi Doug,

Could you share the website and/or phone number for the place where you obtained the part you were referencing?

This will be very helpful. I will need to replace the Actia module, in the dash, soon and may need to order these connectors.

Thanks.
