Alaska Inverter supplier
I need a new Magnum Energy ME 2012 2000 watt inverter/ 100 amp charger to replace the one that I burned out in our motor home. We're currently in Fairbanks, but headed south to Anchorage in a few days. I have a local boy trying to help, but I thought I'd just ask my friends on IRV2 if they know of any sources.

Was in Anchorage a couple of years ago, went into one RV place that appeared to have quite a few items, think the name of the place was Karen's RV?

I remember seeing Arctic RV located on route 3 just SW of downtown Fairbanks. There are many locals who own RV's there in and around Fairbanks.

These people are not in Alaska but maybe they could ship it to you quick?
I will bet you an "Alaska cold drink" that you can't beat the price 
Their service is very good - I tried it when my inverter "went south".

I bought mine from Star Marine for $900.00 + shipping. Very fast and dependable. They have warehouses in different areas of the country

I have a factory remanufactured Magnum Energy ME2012 inverter/charger ($699 plus $58 shipping, factory warranty) in shipment from imarineusa.com to our reserved RV park in Anchorage. This unit should arrive before we do.
Now I need a clever electrician to install it for me. Anyone know of one in Anchorage I could call?
