Alcoa two piece lug nut covers

I need to find a source to buy the Alcoa lug covers as two turned up missing after going to Les Swab in eastern Washington for a tire problem. The tech had them ripped off the lugs enforce I could get the plastic wrench for them out of the tool box. He send he never saw anything like that before who knew. Anyway I can find whole sets but not by the piece. I just know someone out there knows just where to get them.
Thanks
John

You should be able to find them at any large truck stop store.

Haven't seen them in any truck stop yet they seem to have only the push on type.
