Alliance Coach

Returning to Alliance Coach next Tuesday to complete repair of the HGH air leveling. After six hours ( yes six) of trouble shooting they indicated we needed a new control box. I still believe the problem is low voltage to the control box as suggested to me by HGH and passed on to the service writer. Can anyone suggest the name of a experienced tech at Alliance Thanks

I think if you talk with Brett Howard at Alliance, he will steer you in the right direction.

I would also mention to Brett the 6 hours of diagnosis (of which I'm sure the clock ran). I know they are good; but, if so, you should not have a 6 hour bill and the problem not solved. It appears you got one of the "greenies" and the clock should drop way back to compensate for the learning curve. i believe that Alliance is good, but I disagree that the hourly charge should stay at $120/hr (or whatever it is now) while they are trying to figure it out. Good luck!
