Amber turn signal lens

I Have a 2000 HR Admiral that has cracked front turn signal lenses. I have tried to Google the numbers on the lenses but can't find any info on them.
Someone said it is from a Chevrolet Blazer. I can not find anything and any help is appreciated.

These guys carry HR and Monaco stuff. Give them a try if Northwest RV supply doesn't have it. Monaco RV Parts Warehouse | Holiday Rambler Parts | Beaver Coach | Safari Coach
