Another failed HWH Hydraulic valve.
At least I'm hoping that is what it is. I thought I was ready to go for the first trip in a couple of years but then the main slide in the living room wouldn't move. I had this happen to the shallow bedroom slide a few years ago and had the fun of working out the problem and replacing one of the cylinders.
I can't get a replacement hydraulic valve in time, so I decided to disable the shallow bedroom slide and move the cylinder from that location to the one for the slide that was stuck. Since it is newer, it is a different style, and I had to make a new tool, so yesterday was spent crawling under the coach and back out because Monaco in their wisdom didn't put an access panel in my coach. Took 5 trips under their to get dimensions and then get it to fit. Today I should be able to swap valves.
Here are the tools (small one fits old style valves, the big one fits new style), and a picture from underneath - to work on it I have to sit in the space where the generator slides out. Red arrow points to the location of the tool on the new valve cylinder that I'll swap to the bad cylinder location.
I'll crawl back in this morning and see if our trip is back on. I'd put an access panel in but the area above the hydraulics is a metal welded panel covered with either Corian or Mondo rubber flooring. Not an easy thing to make.
