Stopped for fuel on the way home yesterday and noticed the windshield cracked. Right in the middle on the bottom. It went up about 4 inches, turned 90 degrees and went another couple inches. Didn't see any rock chips in the area.

Cleaned the windshield Sat morn before we took off and it was fine.

Unless it turns and heads up, I'll live with it for now.

Last time it cracked on the top in the drivers corner.

Carl I would not live with that.Monaco will fix that under warranty.I will be in wildwood Monday 12 for my 3rd one.They have a problem with the fit on the 07 camelot.Hope they will change the front cap on mine this time.Met a guy in Dallas last yr they changed out 5 before they changed the front cap.

I knew somebody was going talk about a windshield today. we had ours replaced at DeMartini's today here's some pics. They did a great job.

We had our windshield replaced last week, but it was planned because of significant chips that turned into a crack.

Oh what fun. I have a really minor rock chip dead center driver windshield. Bugs me some days but will live with it as long as possible before I change it out.

Well Drifter judging by that picture in the yard I guess you are back in Indianna where we met last November. I hope you had a good winter out west. If you ever get as far east as Gettysburg let me Know.

Were in Indiana having some service done so far they have replaced the windshield, both captains chairs and the coach. They had black marks on them when we took delivery. I must say that theses are a great bunch people here.

We made some new friends here on Sunday, a very nice couple that were trading there dip for a 08 Navigator, very nice. Bill and I, the new Nav owner were sitting at the Tech's lunch table talking, he told me that the manager Rod Martin went to the rally for HR pushers club and was talking to the Monaco rep. and found out that he was able to receive a owners loyalty rebate. This is all after the papers had been signed, It was $10,000, Not bad. Like I said there nice people here.

My last one was replaced under warranty. I'm about 5 months out of warranty now.

A word to the wise. If you are planning to make an insurance claim be sure to check your policy. Some, ours included from GMAC, have a provision where you must report the damage within a certain time frame or they will not honor the claim. On another forum an owner was refused a claim because of this. In our cases with the extremely expensive windshields in our MHs it is significant.
