Any one use Michelin OnCall?

Since FMCA & Monaco International have Michelin fleet pricing programs, have any of you used the Michelin OnCall roadside assistance to have tires delivered and installed?
If we can use this service, it sounds like the way to go. It seems you would be assured of getting the correct tire you ordered and paid for using this service.
In the past, I had a problem with Good Sam's ERS. When I got a flat on my coach, I told GS ERS exactly which tire size I needed delivered but when service truck arrived after 8 hour wait, he said they had been told I had my own spare. Fortunately for me, he had thrown a tire in his truck just in case and was able to get me on the road again but it was a bit smaller than the ones I have on the coach. I used it until I got home and then replaced it with proper size.

Oncall is simply a call center. You call them and they find a service center that will dispatch a truck. For emergency road service Coachnet is the best. The service fee from On call will be more than one year of Coachnet.

I carry an unmounted spare in the bay. It really does not take up that much room, since you can put stuff in the middle of the tire. I did not want to get out on the road and have to pay for a tire that did not match what I had on my coach.
