Aqua Hot question- signature45

If the mixing valve stops working, you can buy a new one and replace the guts of the existing valve body.

It is a Watts 1/2” LF70A-F

Here is one source.

Thanks. It is working now, let's hope it keeps going another 17 years. I meant the basement panel just slides off, no screws. I did have to pull the screws off the AquaHot itself, as well as take the overflow tank off.
