What could cause that?
If it’s coming out of the exhaust, as in the end of the pipe, you’d have a leak in the exhaust chamber. Quick check is to remove the burner and look inside. Only way for boiler fluid to exit the end of the pipe is for it to leak from inside the cabinet into the burn chamber itself and then out the inside of the pipe. That would indicate a crack in the burn chamber, which is welded into the cabinet/tank.

We have sister coaches. Our Aqua Hot overflow tank is in the Engine bay.
