Update: Well I checked things over on it some more this morning. Checked all breakers, fuses and looked for wiring issues. Still no change.
I decided to take it to a tech. He had the problem figured out in short order. He found the motor was seized. It just hummed. He took it apart and found a rusted bearing that was preventing the motor from turning. He repaired that and it's working as it should now. I would have never figured that out.
I think from now on I'm going to exercise the aquahot when it's in storage through the winter. I run the genny once a month so I might as well run the aquahot.
Thank you all for your contributions. I've learned a few more diagnostics thanks to you.

Several yrs ago I bought an extra burner from an owner that replaced his aqua hot
I couldn't get it to work on my unit so I sent it to
Roger Berke . It turned out it had the wrong wire harness he had a used harness
and as I recall charged me a little over $200 to check it over .
I bought the burner for $200 spent $200 , still cheap .
So I have that extra burner plus I have an extra control box that I take along .
