AquaHot Burner Not Working

Called Rudy in Houston this evening. We troubleshot over the the phone. Turn's out it's a bad spot in the motor. Smacking the motor got it working until it stops on the bad spot again. Rudy is sending me a new motor and nozzle.

No question about it, Rudy is the man to call when you have AquaHot problems!

I was stuck outside Houston when I bought my coach. Local repair guy called Rudy in for me. Awesome experienced guy. Walked me through the whole system

The AquaHot is now repaired and operating as designed. Rudy Legett is the AquaHot Man! Rudy helped me diagnose the problem, overnighted the parts and was on the phone during the repair. When the reassembled burner didn't fire, Rudy was back on the phone guiding the troubleshooting until we found and repaired the problem. Turns out that the flame detector was dirty from soot caused by the failing motor.

The older AH's seems to take regular maintenance, at least my 15 YO unit does. I wouldn't be without it.
