Aquahot Heater Probe #2 not receiving 110VAC Power

I have a 2008 Holiday Rambler Navigator. I have only had power to the Heater probe #1. It is activated by the Intelletec panel in the galley labeled "AQ-Hot 110 V". The second probe #2 should be activated by the Intelletec panel labeled "AQ-HOT HI". The panel button lights when pressed but still do not have 110 volts going into the Aqua hot unit to energize probe #2.
I have a disc with all schematics for this coach and Dwg # 38041403 shows the 110V wiring diagram. I have a stack up washer and dryer and both share voltage from two separate breakers in the main AC box in the front of the coach. In other words, if you are using the dryer it takes priority and you will NOT have voltage to the Aqua hot probe #2. If you are using the washer then it takes priority and you will NOT have voltage to the rear Air Conditioner. The washer circuit works as designed but the Dryer/Aqua hot circuit does not.
The schematic only shows a square box in line with the dryer and Aqua hot with a note that states, "Automatic select switch with Aqua Hot -2". The same note is stated beside the box for the washer only the wording is for the rear AC. I suspect that the automatic select switch is not working. Does anyone know where this stitch is located, what type of switch it is and what activates it?
All of my old Monaco reps I knew have moved on and I have not found anyone who knows anything about this circuit.

Have you run out of hot water with both elements turned on?
Don't really know the 600D model, but wondering if the second element only comes on if the first element can't keep up to demand .

We are dealing with the same issue now. The intellitec box is located in the bedroom clothes closet. It is in the cabinet on the driver's side in the closet.

I meant to say "on our coach". Not sure which model Navigator you have.

You can purchase a new box at Master Techs, phone
800.848.0558. A new box was about $75.

The Aqua hot has two relays inside that when closed supplies 110VAC to the probes. Both relays close at the same time and is energized by the thermostat. My problem is that there is no external 110VAC coming into the Aqua Hot cabinet. There is another relay somewhere that will supply this voltage when the Dryer is not in operation. Just don't know where this relay is and the source voltage that operates it

To Wideglide: See my post today at 11:13 AM. Both Aqua Hot probes are energized at the same time by the thermostat. If you are wanting to save power and don't need a high demand of hot water you can turn the second element off at the intellitec panel in the galley labeled "Aqua HI".

Ivylog,

The box I was referring to was the Itellitec "Automatic Energy Select Switch"
The number on the box is 00-00714-000.

You can purchase a new box at Master Techs, phone
800.848.0558. A new box was about $75.

I attached a photo of this..

The box on the left controls the washer and rear ac. The box on the right controls the dryer and aquahot high leg.

The blue box to the right holds the relay for the block heater.
