Yes I should have clarified that I was referring to the heater coil. Thanks, I am aware of Roger. There is a Small Aquahot service facility not too far from me that is very good and reasonable. I am going to take the Coach there on Monday and they will plug in their analyzing tools and in 5 minutes tell me what I need to replace. They have assured me they have the parts there if needed. Thanks everyone for the input!

Well, I guess the elec element supplies unlimited hot water as well.

Just at a reduced flow rate !

I agree with Bob we can both shower or do dishes on electric only. Only fire up the diesel side if I'm heating the coach or want back to back showers with not enough time in between for the electric to keep up.

I can't speak with authority on this but I think I remember cases where
someone didn't have enough hot water and it was because the stir pump
was not operating .
The stir pump circulates the water that is stored in the aqua hot insuring
it is all hot and not just a portion near the heating element .

My electric heater will handle showers and some kitchen, for heat in cold temperatures we need AH.

I so sorry for forgetting to get back to this thread when my issue was resolved. It bugs the heck out of me also when the OP doesn’t let others know what the solution was and I did the same thing. [emoji35].
My issue ended up being the photo cell that confirms ignition.
Sorry once again for my oversight.

Failed, or just in need of a cleaning?
