Are used 2000+ Windsors/Dynasty's a decent used RV?

I have a question for Monaco experts. I am trying to help a relative look for their first Motorcoach. I told them a 2000-2006 Monaco Windsor or Dynasty would be a nice RV in their price range. They are looking for a nice riding/handling Class A with mostly cosmetic or decorating changes to make. Now I am reading about Trailing Arm failures on some of the Monaco frames. Which year/model groups are most prone to frame problems? Do the year and models I suggested have any major flaws? I recently traded a 2002 Diplomat so I am somewhat familar with Monaco but I know nothing about Windsor's or Dynasty 's.

The affected models were only those with the 4 bag suspension. The Dynasty and Windsor are 8 (or 10 w/tag axle) bag suspensions. My Dynasty had an MSRP of $285k in 1999. That's a lot of quality for a fairly small price now.

Up through 2002, the Windsor had the desirable Roadmaster "S" chassis that all Dynasty, Executive, and Signature coaches have.

The Roadmaster "S" chassis was originally designed for commercial bus operation and is considered one of the best handling RV chassis on the market.

Our previous coach was a 2002 Dynasty and we liked the Roadmaster "S" chassis so much that we stayed with it by getting our current 2006 Signature.
