Mine comes on when I start the coach but goes off when I put the transmission in gear and start moving.

Mine comes on at start-up and won't go off unless I tap the brakes before putting it in gear, I had someone else report that theirs operated the same. If it comes on while underway it can be a sign of clogged fuel filters.

Automatic Traction Control. The engine perceives intermittent fuel delivery from clogged fuel filters as a traction control problem. Most likely is an early warning sign of fuel filter problems. Did you get any service records, when were filters last changed?

Glad I could help. I don't know if changing the filters is something you would normally do yourself or not but it is good to know how to do it in case you have to do it on the road someday. Your owners manual should have a listing for the proper part #s and basic instructions. Normal consensus is that you always have a spare set on hand. I keep mine in the "wasted" storage space under the bedroom dresser drawers. Kind of a pain to get to but at least I know right where they are at and high and dry. It sucks to be digging around in a storage bay at 1am on a cold night in a Wal-Mart parking lot looking for filters. By the way welcome and congrats on the new acquisition.

I had the same problem with the motorhome I picked up last year at this time.
Made it from eastern PA to western OH before it (ATC light) came on. It stayed on for the next 2 days at which time the fuel filters had become so clogged with algae, it wouldn't go any further than NE and I was headed to AZ.
The fuel filters were replaced and it was like a brand-new unit. I have had to replace the fuel filters another 4 times in the past year and treat each full tank of fuel with Biobor.
I could see the black bits of algae not only in the filters, but also in a water/fuel separator bowl, and through the neck of each fuel filler coating the sides of the tank.
