I pulled out the board and wiped it down with acetone and a rag and blew out the switch and reinstalled it. VIOLA now I start getting some lights blinking. I downloaded two different PDF's one from Wabco and one from BENDIX. Between the two I should have all the decoding of the blinking codes that I need to sort this out. Next I'm going to video the blink codes so I can review the blinks and pauses multiple times and be sure that I'm interpreting the blinks correctly.

Going to swap in some new fuel filters next and hopefully go for a drive this weekend.

Cheers!

The button sticking is pretty common, it can also cause the ABS light come on. This happen to me once. I did the same as you, take the whole module out, clean it, blow out the button, and all is good.
One other problem is that the module looses it's ground. I ran a separate ground wire to the module to make sure it is always grounded.

'04 HR 4RR. I had the ABS light, wouldn't test with the button on the board in the left forward compartment. Replaced the board (about $45) from NW RV Supply fixed the problem. A replacement board is not available, you send in your board and they rebuild it, if that doesn't work they'll refund part of the payment. Roll the dice. For me, it worked.

So Far So Good

I swapped out both filters and cleaned things up as much as I could. It looks like both fuel filters had been on since mid 2017. I guess I never changed them since they were installed right before I took ownership of the RV. I think In my head I didn't think I had used enough fuel to warrant changing them. In hindsight I think the tank sitting for a while makes more gunk for the filter to eat up. I put about 50 miles on it with the new filters and have had no issues. Oddly enough the ABS light has stayed off too. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I'm planning a little fun driving this weekend for fathers day to visit family out of town. I'll put about 400 miles on it so that should be a good test.

Cheers!

Eric
