I have one jack on the back curbside that doesn't go all of the way down when the unit says it is level. It touches the ground but when the level sensor finishes leveling the MH the jack comes up just a wee bit. I'm thinking that the sensor did not think that it had to have the jack down. I also could be all wet. I would prefer to have them all down at all times. Granted, this does not allways happen. When the ground IS uneven all three go down and stay down. I also don't feel any wiggle in the coach when just two are down. ie: one in the front and one in the back.
Anybody have this happen. I'm wondering if maybe one has to be tuned up.

As far as i know, the jacks are not supposed to go up unless you push the retract button. You may have a little air in that line. If so, one thing that may help is to manually extend the jacks all the way to the stops, wait a minute or two, and then fully retract them. May have to do it a couple of times.

Also, are you dumping the air before leveling? Your jacks won't have to travel so far, if you do.

As for me, I've stopped using the automatic leveling system - especially if the motorhome is parked on fairly unlevel ground. Some may not agree, but I just don't trust it to work smoothly enough to protect my windshield from cracks. I do it manually, always following the same procedure.... First dump air, then front jack firmly to the ground (to gain a pivot point), then rear, then level front to back, and finally side to side. Just seems to work better for me.

How's the weather holding out in Fairbanks so far? Guess the days are starting to get fairly short by now.

Rob... He is out in our neck of the woods... was in Sacramento area (near Sacs) last week... will be heading to Junction City (my neck of the woods) this coming week.
AK...have Guaranty RV adjust it while you are there. They should be able to take care of it for you!

I don't believe we have the exact same type of leveling system, because we don't have air bags. Although we just had our jacks sychronized by the dealer, we also had the right rear jack that did not want to touch the ground. We retracted and put them down again and all was well. HOWEVER, I think I will adjust them manually from now on, just to have more control. They can sometimes really go to town trying to get level.

Monaco told us that if the coach batteries had been dead they advised the dealer to re-synch the jack system.

Hmmmmm.....veeedy interestink, I had the dealer replace the coach batteries when we bought it because the others wouldn't hold a charge. I'll have the dealer look at it as we are going up there for some other work.
We are currently in Napa Valley, CA. at a dogshow. The male norwich terrior acted like a total turkey in the ring for me. My wife showed our puppy female and took first in that class. She didn't however take anything else. Oh well, there's always tomorrow and other shows to come.
Good thing we're showing inside because it's raining.

Hi all,
We're in Redding, CA now. Yesterday while getting ready to leave the Napa Valley dogshow, I played with the jacks a little. I manually put the jacks down and everything worked fine with that. Then in Redding I used the "auto" mode. Everything worked fine with that too. I'll still have the service guys look into it in Oregon this week.
