Backup Light Replacement

Situation: 2000 Monaco Dynasty has a burned out backup light. I removed the light and it has no markings on it....looks like a headlamp fixture (it's sealed). Anyone know a part number?

To get the part number take the old one to an auto parts store, (AutoZone, NAPA, O'Reilly, Advance, etc).
(The part number will be FREE with a purchase of a new light bulb).

Hi Mel:

Well, I went to Autozone and they told me just to go look over in the headlamp department. Could not find exact replacement without opening up boxes. Maybe I'll take a tape measure with me next time and a box cutter.

As usual good help is hard to find!
Go to a different parts store and ask the counter person for HELP.

Then contact AutoZone Customer Service @ https://www.autozone.com/autozone/co...stomer+service
and report the useless employee that simply directed you to the headlight department.

I think Monaco Technical Service would be good help. They will need the last 6 or 8 digits of your coach serial number. Their number is 877-466-6226.

I took Byron's advice and gave Monaco a call. They informed me that the backup light replacement is not manufactured any more. They suggested that I take the light to some place that sells parts for off road vehicles and try and find a replacement. I'll post my solution when I find one.
