Battery bay remodel

When I bought the Dynasty the PO didn't give a lot of Love to his MH and as such, he installed 4 12 volts small batteries instead of the original BIG L16 needed.

So I decided to change them and went with 400AH 6V AGM batteries. Although I didn't like the appearance of the battery bay (Rust, dark, dirty), I was in a rush so I delayed the needed repair until last week.

I sandblasted, cleaned, re-enforced and repainted the area! I also remove all the wires and clean them!

It's not perfect but it's a big improvement and most important makes me happy...

Great job, looks nice. It’s on my list to do. All cables where cleaned when purchased. But box needs some help.

What did you use to make the switch labels (or did you find a source to buy them)?

I like that you painted it a light colour. Don't really like the dark hole I have - I used Por-15 to paint mine and it worked but I like yours better.

I use a "P-Touch" for any labels I need.

The OP appears to use something similar.

Okay. Thanks.
I have a Brother P-touch label maker, but not as fancy as the one you linked to.

Great job, it's hard to believe that was an 09. My 2000 looks pristine compared to your before pictures.

Your welcome. That page has several types. I just have the "cheapy" model. $20 or so....

Thanks Dennis, I wish the PO would have taken better care of this coach but I would have paid more...
