Bay Storage Door Lock Change?

Hi everyone,
Have a 2000 Windsor and want to change the locks on the Bay Storage Doors. I can't see how they would be changed out?
It looks like I have to take off the inside door panel to get to the latch area? There are a whole bunch of rivets holding that inside panel on.... is that what is needed to change the locks? The latches themselves are fine. I just need to change the locks out.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Bernie

Good locksmith. It takes a special Trimark key to remove the lock cylinder. You can order new cylinders all keyed alike...but need that special key to remove the old ones. A really good smith can do them without the key.

Some bigger RV dealers should be able to do this as well.

On my 2002 Windsor they actually installed small access doors to got to the locks. You might consider cutting a hole to access the lock and then using a premade door over it. You can buy small access doors at Lowes or HD of different sizes.

Bay Door Latch Lock

Thanks guys!
Bigger problem though. My goal was to install the barrel lock type lock and key, since the Trimark are fairly common?
I already have the Trimark ones installed and they work great. Just wanted something even more difficult to unlock.
Unfortunately, my latch mold also includes the lock area. I can't remove the actual lock assembly and install those barrel type locks since the latch is all one molded assembly - see picture. The piece on the bottom is pressed onto the molded section and can't be removed as is.
I know Trimark keys are unique and that's so much better than the original latches from the factory that everyone has a key for - I was just hoping to upgrade my Trimarks.
Appreciate the idea of the trap door for the inside though - much better idea than drilling out all the rivets!
Thanks
Bernie

Have a 2005 Windsor just wondering why you change the locks if they still work?
