Beaver Monterey how much paint

I need to completely repaint the front end of my Beaver Monterey. Does anyone know how many coats of paint and how many coats of clear coat Beaver used when the coach was made in 2004. Finally got the 3M mask off the front but the paint is ruined.. Water got behind the mask and bubbled the paint. I have scraped the front down to the fiberglass and am now ready to have it repainted.

Bill,
I think your answer is something like: The paint of the past is not the paint of today. For "today", layers of paint rule-of-thumb would be 2 of undercoat, 3 of base color, and 3 of clear coat.
