You could try Beaver Coach Sales and Service in Bend, Oregon ... Or a good electronics shop near you if there is one.

Getting the run around on getting this switch. It locks on when coach power is needed & stopped working. Can by-pass solenoid to power coach. Any help finding this switch would be greatly appreciated.

Its a battery disconnect solenoid.

Two types, a continuous duty type that needs 12 volt power to stay on.

A latching relay that locks on when signaled from the switch.

No one will list it as a " salesman switch ", no manufacture calls it that.

Take a picture and post it, to help ID what type you have.

Another good place to check for parts like that is Northwest RV Supply: SWITCHES: nwrvsupply.com . They've bought up surplus parts from Monoco, Country Coach, etc.

1988 Beaver Capistrano

I just got this Capistrano, or at least that's what I believe it is.

I can't get the cabin water pump to pump. I pulled it out and it works. I put a new inline filter in. The system had 3 leaks from a bad freeze I assume.

The pump runs but barely has any flow. I think it's sucking some air but not sure how to find the leak any ideas or other suggestions.

Thanks

Dennis

OK. We need to clarify a couple of things.

First, when you say you had the pump out and it worked, do you mean that it had about 50 pounds of pressure when it runs and you capped the end to test that is stops when there is back pressure on the pump? This would clearly rule out the pump as contributing to your problem. You need to know that everything is OK here first.

Second, when you have it running does it run continuously until you turn it off? Or, does it build up some kind of pressure that will cause the pressure switch to shut off the pump?

If the pump puts out pressure in the stand-alone test and then just runs constantly when you put it in the coach and there is no water just flowing out of the coach (which is what you will see if the freeze damage is still part of your problem), you are just circulating water through the system with no pressure build up. If this is what you are experiencing, check the either the inlet water valve or the tank fill valve. If my memory serves me well, when these valves are not set correctly the pump just circulates water out of the water tank around in the pipes and back into the water tank. And you see exactly what you are seeing.

Hope this helps.

2000 Beaver Patriot Thunder parking brake pads

I bought a 2000 Beaver Patriot. It had a pinion seal leaking and that ended up growing into me replacing the differential (worn pinion bearings) Trust me it is not a easy task. Doing this the parking brake, air disk on the driveline was not holding. So inspecting the pad have some wear i want to replace them while it is off. I have been looking everywhere and can not find replacement pads. It is a magnum chassis with a Meritor axle. Can anyone share a part number and location for the pads?

2006 Beaver Monterey Aladdin System

I have no power to the joystick or the Sony display screen. There is power going to the Aladdin DC Interface Module, Part #38040036. Do you think the module is bad? I have tried looking for the fuse but can't find it anywhere. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill

Our module is located above the drivers seat in the over head cabinet behind a panel. I have had to unplug the connections and replug them in to get it working. I can’t remember if there is a fuse located in that compartment. Sorry for not being much help.
