I just noticed that my passenger side bedroom slide when IN doesn't appear locked at the top. I can move it out an inch or two. The bottom of the slide is locked tight. Also, when IN it is flush with the outside of the coach. I cannot wiggle the driver's side slide at all. Is there a locking mechanism for the top of the slides or this amount of play normal?

Just got a hold of a Monaco tech (amazing). Took awhile, but he said that there is nothing holding the top part of the slide in. He said the driver's side was probably heavier than the passanger's side and that's why it didn't move.

My coach came with an adjustable bar that holds the top of the main slide as a safety measure. It apparently isn't really required, but, after seeing a Winny with its main slide partially out, I'm glad I use it.

I've entertained the thought of riging something up for the bedroom slide.

Flyer....I found mine did the same thing and always kind of flopped in when it closed. With it closed, lay down on the floor and look under the front of the slide. Mine had some adjusting screws that when turned, put more tilt inward at the top. I adjusted them and found that the top of the slide stayed tighter to the coach when closed.
