Belt-driven Hydraulic pump on 94 Sig--how to remove crankshaft pulley?

A friend has a 94 Sig, which was one of the few coaches that Monaco mounted an external hydraulic pump to, rather than piggy-backing off the air compressor or gear driving.

Anyone ever removed the cog-belt pulley from the CRANKSHAFT (not the pump itself)? It has four large bolts fastening it to the damper assembly, but after removing them, it still will not come off. I'm guessing it's just rust holding it to some pilot diameter on the back, but I've never had one off to look at. A pretty stout puller and some judiciously applied hammer blows have not loosened it.

Interesting discussion about different damper types on the Cummins forum. I think I might have that sealed type with fluid inside. That would explain those flanges that I described to you on the phone that looked like swaged together. Sound like if I ever need to get mine off, I better not beat on it! I bet that booger is a $500 Cummins part!

I update the linked thread with my solution to removing it. My damper has a rubber band in it that is not evident till the toothed pulley was removed.

I created a new thread in the Cummins forum about another oil leak on my 94 Signature. While the front seal replacement looks to have been effective, there is still an engine oil leak.
