I am thinking I may want to move on. I haven't had much use for it in the past few years and I'm wondering how to value a 2006 Beaver Patriot Thunder, and where the most active sites are for selling Class A coaches these days.

Here on Vancouver Island there are not a lot for sale.

For value I take a look at NADA and JD Powers.

Low resale is what I would buy at. I try to sell by listing at High resale (for an excellent condition MH) but realize that I would probably need to lower my asking price to at least halfway between the High and Low prices listed.

I don't try to add-in all the options (most of the big items are already included).

Take some time to have really good photos to include in the for-sale listing.

RV trader is the first place I check for Motorhomes for sale. I would recommend getting an appraisal here at www.rvpricingandappraisals.com I think they charge $99 for a comprensive evaluation.
