Best prices on filters

Prices on filters seem to be all over the place. When I shop the web, they are sold by quality. I was looking to purchase one as a backup while traveling. Anyone have a supplier they can recommend?

Thanks, Bill

Bill for water filters I go here
RV Water Filter Store: Carbon Cartridges for Standard Canisters

For engine related filters I go here to the Filter Barn
Oil Filters | Discount filters | Products | Diesel Engine Filters

I use WIX filter for the engine, hydraulic and generator. WIX makes the NAPA Gold Filters and the most of the Puralator filters and a lot of other brands. In racing we have learned not to use FRAM filters.

and for the Air Dryer I get from here

Try http://filterbarn.com for Fleetguard, Wix, and Baldwin filters.

LF9000 is about $30.00

Agree with deandec, filterbarn.com offers most if not all the filters you will need at good prices.

I went to NAPA yesterday to get an oil filter for my home backup generator and asked about a case price (12 filters). He sold me the one I needed for the oil change and told me to come back on either of the last two days of the month to save money when all filters are 40% off. He said they do this every month. I don't know if this is only the local NAPA dealer but it might be worth asking your local NAPA dealer about discounts.

I obtain all my filters for my MH and other vehicles at Napa. In the more rural areas they offer 40-50% off at least once a month. My friend that has a farm in ID gets them for me and his local Napa has this deal every Friday.

The local Napa by my home will not do the deal. So they lose out.
