Best zip codes for lowest insurance

We are full timers, retired military, 100% combat disability, 72, don't pay taxes, and no longer have a first residence. Looking to register in the best zip code for lowest insurance rates and free registration due to military 100% combat related disability. We are currently registered in Tucson AZ.

Insurance ........
SD has low insurance costs.
Not sure on MH registration costs but the registration was very low for our truck and 5th wheel -------TX was going to be 1 1/2 times higher

I have experience in Tucson. Stay away from the south Tucson zip codes. Oro Valley (85737) is pretty good (at least for Tucson). I'm sure there are other places in the country that are lower. Maybe Montana or Oregon?

We full-timers and retired. Don't choose Oregon as they have a state income tax if you become a resident. We moved our domicile address from OR to Grays Harbor County, Washington and our insurance dropped by about 1/3 and we don't have to pay state income tax.

Moved form Virginia to Central Florida and saved big on taxes (income and personal property). What we saved was lost in additional vehicle insurance premiums. Unbelievable, I would research, research, and research before considering Florida.

I live in Oregon and looked at moving to wa but when I looked at moving my MH and car license to Washington they wanted over 8% tax on the current value of my vehicle ( since I paid no tax on them living in Oregon a sales tax free state ) almost 15 grand .. No thanks! insurance and no income tax but the sales tax is outrageous applied to vehicles already owned! How did you get around the registration "tax" hit on your Mh and cars ?

Tennessee, no state income tax, 175,000 property tax exemption if you buy a home, 100% v.a. disabled, two free vehicle plates and permanent registration and plates, no state vehicle inspection. I don't know about the above insurance quotes, my 2014 Ram Longhorn is $650 per yr with full coverage.

No, not RV rates, but the coverage is going to be based on the same thing auto rates are based on--driving record, value of the vehicle, and coverage's selected. I pay almost exactly the same thing for my 2015 Corvette as I do for my 2000 Dynasty for the exact same coverage.
