Bio diesel

My pusher is a 05 Monaco Windsor with a 400 Cummins. I did a search for any past posts but did not find what I was looking for. I do not want to burn bio diesel but the least price diesel in this area is Walmart. What do you think about Walmart diesel fuel. Is the diesel pumps marked as bio? Do you get less mileage running Walmart fuel as name brand diesel. Thanks for each reply.

Most diesel comes out of the same tank farm.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulates pump labeling within four categories; B1-B5, B6-B20, B20+ and B100. FTC biodiesel pump labels are blue in color. Orange labels denote the broader category of biomass-based diesel which could also include renewable diesel.
B1-B5: Does not require a pump label. ASTM announced in 2008 that biodiesel blends up to B5 perform and are handled the same as straight diesel fuel. Many retailers offer blends up to B5 in varying amounts and do not need to label.
B6-B20: For any blend amount between B6 and B20, federal law requires one label is required. In some states, retailers who switch blends within the range are required to specifically note the blend (B8, B10, B11, etc). Blends in the B6 to B20 can be tested for combined fuel quality using the ASTM D7467 method.
B20+: This label states “B21 Biodiesel Blend” in the header and with the text ‘‘contains more than 20 percent biodiesel” below.
B100: Pump label required if sold at retail.

I have a 04 dip with ISC330, burned b5,b10,allthe way to b20 with no issues, my only rule of thumb is buy diesel at high volume truck stops regardless of price, never ever had any fuel or filter problems, fuel economy? If i want that I'll drive my hybrid lincoln.

In our travels around the US (49 states) we have rarely seen straight diesel. Consequently, we have been using diesel blended with bio-diesel in our ISL 400 for the last five years without any problems. We try to fuel at truck stops where we know that there is a significant turnover in fuel. Again, we've never had a problem.

And I AVOID truck stops........only fuel up at regular stations ......Mom/Pop, Independent, small town stations, etc. for 10 yrs and never an issue with fuel

Only thing I need to do is pay attention and not start pump 'off-road' fuel

Plus fuel is cheaper !

WM around here don't sell fuel. I've filled up at Sam's Club and used there diesel with no problems.
