Blue Sky RV Insurance don't pay the invoice after the accident

I stuck now 2 weeks in the parking lot from Transwest RV in Frederick, CO
because Blue Sky RV Insurance refuse to check and pay the invoice from
Transwest RV. Blue Sky RV Insurance demand for all Parts the
Manufacturer Invoices. Transwest RV gave for all parts the Transwest Parts Department Invoices. But Blue Sky RV Insurance don't accept them. Transwest RV say the Insurance is a client and haven't the right for the Manufacturer Invoices. Transwest RV let my not live because they don't release my coach/house, until the Invoice is paid. The Invoice is over $11,000.- and I don't know what I can do. I need and appreciate your
help.

I think Blue Sky is only sold through Agents. Look on your policy and see who your Agent is and call them to help you.

If they are letting you stay in it, it almost sounds like they did release it to you.
I'm not quite sure what to say on this.
What ever you do, Don't give in to "Make up the difference" for the RV shop.
AS long as the insurance company told them to start with repairs then I'd be very tempted to simply drive off and leave them note say their problemis with the insurance company and not you. AS long as you paid any deductible in full.

It's a large bill and the Insurance Company is trying to make sure they don't get ripped off by the shop marking-up the parts excessively.

What's the big deal with giving up the cost of the parts if the shop is not trying to rip off the insurance with big excessive mark-ups?

I sure would not drive off...... YOU are responsible for the cost of the repairs. Read the fine print when you signed authorizing them to do the repairs.

If it were me... I'd get in touch with the owner/management and work a deal to get the cost released. Yep, I'd bet you are going to be paying more than your deductible. It's not right, but it is on you to talk the shop into playing nice with the insurance. I went through the exact same thing with GS insurance and a shop in WV. Heck of a mess. I worked it in the end, but did have to pay a LOT more than the deductible.

The big difference is the shop made me get a hotel to turn the heat up on me to sort it out.

Good luck....

Thanks a lot for your answer, I appreciate it.
I haven't signed any things when they start with the repairs.

I hade a oil leak in warranty and I paid my $100.- deductible.

I hade repairs that paid the extended warranty paid the most. And I paid the rest what the extended warranty not covered and my $100.- deductible.

By the Blue Sky RV Insurance I paid my $500.- deductible with the first Invoice by the body shop.

I wonder you what they can do when we leave. Can you tell my something's?

Thanks

I had a similar problem with an Extended warranty plan. The difference was they wouldn't start the work replacing my engine until the ESP agreed to pay. I sent emails to both the Division of Insurance and Better Business Bureau in CO and NY. They actually got on the company and Star Warranty did not ignore their letters.
The only bad thing is Star said the shop was overcharging and my only choice was to pay the difference or have it towed elsewhere. But they wouldn't pay for the tow or even tell me where to take it that would replace the engine for what tg ey would pay. They only went by national average.
I had a $50 deductible but ended up paying $1400 of a $14000 bill.
Proof read what you send so people don't have to guess at what you're trying to say.
I don't think driving off without paying is a good idea. They have a mechanics lean on it and $11000 is worth pursuing.

When you have a problem with an ins agent or ins company that will not listen, then you write the State Insurance Commissioner and include supporting documents. The ins commissioner issues and suspends licenses.

vilsis,
It was easy to tell that English is not your native tongue but you are getting your ideas across OK. Welcome to the U.S. We are glad that you are here but not happy about your troubles.

You might try to locate somebody in the area that speaks your native language so they can better explain and help you understand more clearly some of the issues with your problem.

It is very difficult for those of us who have spoken English our entire lives to understand all the problems with an insurance claim such as you are having. You might try to some of the local businesses or local Government offices in town to try and find a person that speaks your native language. Once you understand better what is happening maybe you can work out a better solution to your problem.

Best of luck and keep us informed.

Thanks a lot for your answer, I appreciate it.

In witch state I have to seek for the State Insurance Commissioner?

Where I have licensed the coach (MT) or where the Blue Sky RV Insurance office is (OH) or where the RLI Insurance Company is(IL)?

Thanks

Thanks a lot for your answer and the warm welcome, I appreciate it.

I know the exactly problem: The appraiser like the manufacturer invoices for all parts and Transwest RV don't give them out and say that's not usual and the insurance haven't the right for the manufacturer invoices.

Blue Sky RV Insurances stopped with my claim because thy haven't the manufacturer invoices for control the prices.

An I stay between Transwest RV and Blue Sky RV Insurances.

Thanks
