"Bouncy" ride
We are very new at driving a ClassA, and find the ride a little bit bouncy. do people add extra "stuff" to make it less so?

Welcome to iRV2. A little more info in your signature will help us to help you.
If your coach has air suspension, you will find it a more "cushy" ride than you're used to but, my DS tended to go down the road like a porpoise so I put new Koni shocks on the front and problem solved.
Something you mat want to look at. Koni's are about $180 ea.

Welcome, yes and a tag axle may make it more pronounced

Not sure how to add to my signature! We just bought a Holiday Rambler, 2015, Vacationer, 36DBT. It has a Ford chassis, 6.8L Triton V10.

Hi. To add or edit your signature select user cp from the tool bar towards the top.
Then select edit signature.
Type in what you want your signature to be and scroll down and select save.

Good stuff, I'm not your guy when it comes to Ford Chassis issues but I'm sure there will be some chime in here with first hand experience. There is a whole thread I have seen called "cheap handling fix" directed toward these chassis.

My guess is it came with Monroe shocks which wear out at about 15,000 miles. First thing I would do is install new Bilstein or Koni shocks. Go up on eshocks.com.
