Have you had the compartment , in front of the drivers front wheel open?

That's where I've seen the fuses in other years of your model .

Yes that's the one for the coach system ( 12 volt ) fuses .

NOW ; you've mentioned both fuses and breakers .

Are you having problems with 12 volt ( fuses ) OR 120 volt ( circuit breakers ) systems in your coach .

Last Monaco I worked on the 120 volt circuit breaker panel was in the bedroom and had a small fuse panel beside it .

Front Electric Panel driver side
Rear Electric Panel engine room
120VAC Main CB Panel bedroom
12VDC Distribution Panel bedroom
Check Owners Manual for details

Depending on the floor plan, some of the 120v circuit breaker panels are above the driver.
