Found this from a thread on 12-31-2020:

I found the perfect solution from Cable Craft. They needed to know what type of ends were needed and the length of the cable. For me, their p/n # was 314 VTT 3-108". This had the ball-stud type of connection on each end and the length was 108". I do not know your set-up but my advice would be to remove the existing cable and find a local distributor of Cable Craft and see if they can make up what you need.

There is a speed shop in Orange Ca that will make you a new cable. I don't have their name anymore, but you should be able to find them and have one made. They made new brake cables for me on an axle swap. We have since moved; it was time to leave crazy behind.

The shift cable for the Ford F53 had discontinued quite a few years ago. Mine broke and a shop in Wisconsin bought the closest New one to it and modified to fit. Worked out great.

Shift Cabel

Monaco parts were pretty helpful to me with a 99 Endeavor. You might try them for ordering or substitute numbers. You are past the time the government makes automakers carry parts so good luck.

Broken Shift Cable

Try Ultra RV Products in Oregon. They often have hard to find parts because they buy up stock from dealers and manufacturers who go out of business.
Best of luck,
JK
