Awesome job Mike, simply beautiful. You're not only a chassis guy, you got some wood working skills as well.

Great craftsmanship. I especially like that you matched the existing cabinets.
Can you give us a budget breakdown?

Sure, I'll round off the numbers for simplicity.
Wood. Pine and cherry $300.
Finishing. Oil based Poly, thinner ,brush, sand paper, scotchbrite pad,$50
Doors. $300
Drawer guides. $60
Corian. 3'x12' sheet plus labor $1300
Outlet. Pull up outlet and usb charger $20
Power. Air switch to kill power $20
Fireplace. Dimplex 26" $600
Lift. Touchstone SlimPro $600
TV. Samsung 43" 4K $400
Bluray. Samsung Blu Ray 4K Player $250
Streaming. Roku 4K $70
Now that I add it up it appears I went over budget a little.
Grand total $3960.

A few things that added to the extra cost.
I had ordered two fireplaces from Amazon that were basically junk. Poorly packaged and damaged in transit. Finally gave up and ordered the Dimplex which was highly rated. Cost was 2.5 times higher.
The pull up outlet and USB charger and the air switch were not in the original plans.
The Corian was about $300 more than I estimated. Cost was high but the tech spent more than 8 hours on the project. Felt somewhat sorry for the guy. First top they made was the wrong color so they had to discard it and start over.
and, my decision to go with a 4K video and sound system added quite a bit.

What a work of art.
