We own a 2004, actually just got it this past Sept. One major item that I am sure you are probably aware of, is to make sure the trailing arms have been replaced with Source Engineering arms. If they were replaced with factory arms, it will be just a matter of time before they brake again. Also the ride quality of the 4 air bag chassis is not great compared to the 8 bag chassis on higher end models or the knights 05 and beyond. They tend to "bounce" more over bumps. Again, Source engineering has a ride enhancement kit that includes new air bags, shocks and a ping tank. I just ordered one for mine, so we will see how much improvement there is to the ride. Besides that, we love the coach and glad we found it before prices went way through the roof. Build quality is great and we love the three slides. 8.3L engine has plenty or powder for the coach as well.
Edit*** for the record, I have no association with Source Engineering. Just know they have Great products and excellent customer service.
